A one to one class suitable for all trimesters, working bespoke, tailored to your needs. Helping to strengthen body and mind in preparation for birth and babys arrival, build more internal space for you and baby, work with the breath, connect with baby or take some time out with some mindfulness meditations. Help with conditions such as pregnancy sciatica, carpal tunnel, dead legs, back pain etc

Natasha curated a yoga and massage session to meet my needs physically and emotionally, so that I came away feeling renewed, refreshed and strong.
