Service Description
Ayurveda and pregnancy yoga course Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that have been connected for thousands of years. They can provide you with the tools for your pregnancy and beyond that will help you lead a healthy and natural lifestyle through daily routine, diet, herbs, physical postures and breathing techniques. Ayurveda (meaning ‘the science of life’) believes that a child’s health and happiness are shaped by its parents activities, diet, lifestyle and mental states both in and out of the womb. Yoga can help you to carve out some much needed sacred space for yourself as well as building the strength and stamina needed for pregnancy and labour. Throughout the 6 week course we will practice yoga that’s safe for all stages of pregnancy, breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, chants, discuss healthy Ayurvedic recipes that will help you towards thriving in your pregnancy, lifestyle routines (dinacharya), self pregnancy massage (abhyanga) as well as leaving time for sharing circles and rest. A little bit about me, I am a yoga facilitator and Ayurvedic massage therapist. I have been guiding yoga for the past 5 years and I’m currently studying towards being an Ayurvedic health counsellor. I’m currently expecting my first baby which is due in December so I will be living this sacred journey with you. Please get in touch if you have questions or if money is an issue, my wish is to make this course available to all women. £54 for the 6 weeks

Testimonials
"Tash is amazing! I have been a long-standing yogi with Tash since her first yoga class in Winterbourne and I can honestly say we have never had two classes the same. Tash is clear in her instructions and always gives options to every yoga pose so that your practice is adapted to your own needs. During lockdown Tash has also been a godsend, being able to connect with my mat through a virtual platform has really helped me get through the uncertainty of each day. I just want to say thank you Tash for the love you put into every class you teach, you truly are wonderful"
