Meet Tash

Entrepreneur, #1 Best-Selling author, mom and motivational speaker

Ayurvedic principles say that you're put in your life and have the experiences you do because you choose them in order to find your Dharma (lifes purpose) It was during my early twenties that I discovered yoga, I was diagnosed with severe scoliosis in my teens and was looking for a way to help manage the pain. Growing up I always had a fascination with nature but the deeper I delved into my yoga practice I realised this on another level and my yoga practice become something that wasn't purely physical.

We can use our practice to reach deeper in to this human life. Once I realised the many benefits of a steady yoga practice I decided I wanted to share it with others. In 2016 I travelled to Goa, India and completed a month long intensive teacher training, it was during this time that I could fully immerse myself in to the spirituality of the practice. Since then I have completed many more hours of study, including 300 hours of Ayurvedic studies and a level 4 diploma in holistic massage.

Through my studies of holistic therapies my offerings of both massage and yoga are knowledgable, intuitive and collective.

Testimonials

Natasha curated a yoga and massage session to meet my needs physically and emotionally, so that I came away feeling renewed, refreshed and strong. Everything from the scent of the massage oil filling the air, to the music made it feel like a mini spa retreat! The added bonus was having some tailored yoga moves that I can now implement in my day to day life. Perfect for a busy working mum in need of some self care, reassurance and a boost of positivity! Thank you Natasha.
